Everyone is Buddha or no one is Buddha
— Judith Hanson Lasater

My experiences in learning with Judith over the years (she has been my yoga teacher since 2016 when I was first introduced to Restorative Yoga) have been pivotal in my own yoga and teaching journey, and it was in her Nonviolent Communication workshop that my 2 Be Seen series was born, and the Still I Rise series to follow.
