Juried by the Winthrop University Guild of Emerging Metalsmiths (GEM), (NOT SO) common objects showcases 3-D works that are inspired by, include, or reference common objects through material, concept, and technique. 

This exhibition seeks to celebrate work made from or inspired by the common object, however the maker defines it. This exhibition is open to all three-dimensional mediums, including but not limited to: ceramics, fiber, glass, metal, jewelry, paper, wood, assemblage, robotics, CAD/CAM, or any combination of craft and digital media.
